Breaking News : Raj Kishore Kesri a BJP MLA from Purnea district of Bihar has been killed this morning by a woman named Rupam Pathak who has accused the MLA of raping her.
Rupan Pathak attacked Raj Kishore Kesri while he was meeting visitors at his residence. She is now in hospital in critical condition after she was assaulted by Kesri's bodyguards as well as members of the public.
Rupan Pathak had earlier filed a police case last year against the MLA of raping her on different occasions over the last three years. The police is investigating the case. Kesri had denied the charges.
Rupan Pathak is a teacher at a local school in Purnea.
